Top-quality ingredients and traditional recipes reinterpreted

La Sosta offers you typically traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Our dishes vary depending on the seasonal availability of the raw produce, which we always aim to obtain with the shortest supply chain possible. The highlight of our starters menu is our fantastic local salami - most of it is made on the premises.

We advise customers with intolerances and allergies to ask the waiting staff about the ingredients of each dish

The excellent quality of this coffee comes from the blend of three varieties

40% Cru San Pedro Necta, 30% Arabica, 30% Robusta harvested in

Campesinos in northern Guatemala at an altitude of between 1500 and 2000 metres.

After arriving in Italy raw, it is wood-roasted by "Pausa Caffè" under

the supervision of the great Italian roasters who contribute tothis environmental solidarity project
